Pinnacle View, Pinnacle’s first high-rise affordable community, is located in the trendy Wynwood neighborhood of the City of Miami. This development is located just north of downtown Miami with spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the downtown business district. The development of Pinnacle View, which commenced in the year 2000, was a crucial step in the eventual renaissance of the Wynwood community. The development plan also called for the preservation of an adjoining historic structure.
