Highland Gardens Phase II was the second development completed in partnership between Pinnacle and the Broward County Housing Authority, through its non-profit affiliate Building Better Communities. This community, completed in 2009, added an additional 100 units of senior housing adjacent to the successful first phase of Highland Gardens owned and operated by BCHA. It offers a superior location near the North Broward Medical Center and amenities such as a multi-purpose game room in each of its two buildings.
