Located in Little Havana, one block from Calle Ocho and minutes from Marlins Park and downtown Miami, Amistad is a joint venture between Pinnacle and Carrfour Supportive Housing, South Florida’s leader in housing the homeless and those at risk of homelessness. Amistad is a 7-story residential building with surface parking consisting of 89 total units, 45 of which will serve the formerly-homeless who have made the successful transition to independent living with supportive services. Amistad contains all of Pinnacle’s customary features and is certified LEED “Gold” by the U.S. Green Building Council.
