The Residences at Casa Familia is a unique approach to housing individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Pinnacle was chosen by the locally renowned non-profit Casas Familia, Inc. to construct four six-bedroom homes to house IDD clientele who would most benefit from a communal home setting. Construction is anticipated to start in 2025 on this and its sister development, Gardens at Casa Familia.

Caribbean Isles is the long-anticipated second phase of a public private partnership between Pinnacle and Miami-Dade County to create a transit-oriented senior housing community. Following up on the success on the first phase (called Caribbean Village), Pinnacle is constructing another 143 units of senior housing in Caribbean Isles, along with a parking garage for Miami-Dade Transit directly adjacent to its new rapid transit busway stop. Construction will begin in 2025.

Gardens at Casa Familia is a planned 50 unit affordable housing community designed to allow individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) to live independently. Pinnacle was selected by Casa Familia, Inc. to serve as its development partner. Gardens at Casa Familia will be financed using low-income housing tax credits and $6 million in grant and loan funds from Florida Housing Finance Corporation, along with an additional $2 million from Miami-Dade County. Construction will commence in spring of 2025.

Berkeley Landing is a new 112 unit multi-family residential community in the City of Riviera Beach, a joint venture between Pinnacle Communities and Wendover Housing Partners. Berkeley Landing will be a destination community for families and emerging members of the workforce along the revitalized US 1/Broadway corridor.
