About Our Company
Founded in 1997 by partners Louis Wolfson III, Michael D. Wohl and David O. Deutch, and joined by Mitchell M. Freidman as partner in 1998, Pinnacle is a Miami-based family of companies dedicated to full-service real estate development and construction. Pinnacle’s current partners are Louis Wolfson III, David O. Deutch, Coraly Rodriguez, Timothy P. Wheat and Hugo Pacanins.
Pinnacle focuses on providing best-in-class multi-family affordable/workforce and luxury housing communities, and Pinnacle’s development portfolio spans over 10,000 multi-family units. Pinnacle enhances neighborhoods through quality design, green building techniques and environmentally-friendly features to energize and improve the communities in which it operates. Pinnacle has extensive experience in urban in- fill redevelopment as well as public/private partnership ventures, having completed numerous communities involving a public agency or non-profit organization as a meaningful collaborative partner. Pinnacle has a long track record of exceeding the expectations and needs of our partners and stakeholders, whether they are equity investors, lenders, non-profit organizations or the public sector.
