Pinnacle has recently begun construction on an affordable housing development called Pinnacle at Tropical Pointe in the Miami neighborhood of Princeton, Florida YIMBY. The project is set to include 215 units consisting of one- to four-bedroom apartments. The development will offer amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, clubroom, business center, playground, BBQ area, and dog run. Funding for the project has been secured from multiple sources, including the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Miami-Dade County Surtax and HOME, and Miami-Dade County Housing Finance Authority. The completion of this project in 2024 will aid in tackling the scarcity of affordable housing in the area. “Pinnacle at Tropical Pointe highlights the power of public and private sector collaboration in addressing the pressing need for affordable housing in our community,” said David O.
